What it means to be a ThinkChina Street Crew Member
A fun-loving, independent, jet-setting individual who wants to be part of an innovative and exciting program while making a little extra spending cash on the side.
 
Crew Member Benefits
As a member of the ThinkChina Street Crew you will receive $50 referral commission for each student that applies for our program. If the student you referred is accepted into the program, you will receive an additional $100! As a new member of the team, you will be a receiving a brand-spanking new t-shirt, and you will also be receiving flyers and other marketing materials throughout the year from our Program Director.

Moreover, once you become a contributing member of our street crew, we can provide a recommendation letter for your college or job application upon request.
 
Crew Member Profile
Excited individuals wanting to participate in and grow a grass-roots marketing campaign. This is an opportunity to explore ways to be creative in reaching your friends and family in school and around your neighborhood. We are looking for high-spirited and hard-working individuals to get the word out in their schools.
 
Marketing Campaign
You will be promoting the ThinkChina summer internship program. The demographic you will be targeting is your classmates, faculty, parents and people around your neighborhood. You will be working with the US Program Director to coordinate local marketing plans and driving sales through brand awareness.
 
Objectives
  • Promote the ThinkChina program among your peers, faculty, staff and parents in-and-around school
  • Post flyers around school while observing school and public placement rules. As with any type of brand building, the key is to be visible but not oversaturated.
  • Work closely with the US Program Director on marketing progress, information collection, and program interest
  • Become familiar with program offerings as you are now part of the team!
  • Last but not least, have fun while making this marketing campaign a success!
